Who we are

Fairdock is operated by Hong Kong Universe Information Limited, a company in Hong Kong (“Fairdock”, “we”). This notice explains how we handle personal information shared with us through fairdock.ai and in business correspondence.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company name (if provided), the type of enquiry, and your message. When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.

We use business contact details that companies and their staff publish for business enquiries, such as an address on a company website, to contact them about data licensing.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information. The site does not set marketing cookies.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible data licence, and keep a record of our business correspondence. We do not use the information in your enquiry to train AI models.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare. Email is handled by Google Workspace. These providers process the information on our behalf. We may share an enquiry with a prospective counterparty only when you ask us to, for example to arrange an introduction.

Because our providers and counterparties operate in several countries, your information may be processed outside the country where you live. We use providers that apply contractual and technical safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting business relationship, and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing admin@fairdock.ai. Every outreach email we send includes a way to opt out, and we honour opt-outs promptly.

We may update this notice. The date below shows when it last changed.
