Closing a company? Its records are worth something.
AI labs now license the day-to-day operating records of real companies: email, chat, documents, tickets, CRM, code and call recordings. If your company has closed, is winding down, is in liquidation or simply needs cash, Fairdock turns that archive into a payment.
Tell us what you hold. We reply within two business days and make a written offer after a sample review. Payment in one lump sum on transfer.

What we buy
The systems your company ran on.
Value comes from completeness: the same people, the same years, across several systems, so a model can follow the work from a Slack thread to a ticket to a pull request to the invoice.
Email & calendars
Whole mailboxes with threads, attachments and scheduling, from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Chat
Slack, Teams, Lark or WhatsApp workspaces: channels, DMs where lawful, files and reactions.
Documents
Drive, SharePoint, Notion and Confluence: plans, decks, memos, SOPs, every revision.
Tickets & projects
Jira, Asana, Linear, Trello: the work, who did it, how it was reviewed.
CRM & support
Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom: pipeline, notes, support threads.
Code & engineering
Private repositories with full history, pull requests, reviews and CI logs.
Calls & meetings
Recorded sales, support and internal calls; meeting transcripts.
Finance, HR, legal, design
Ledgers, payroll, contracts, Figma and CAD files: whatever the business ran on.
How it works
Form. Call. Sample. Offer.
Keep every account, export and backup intact until we have spoken. History that is deleted can’t be bought back.

02
NDA and inventory call
Within two business days we send an NDA if you want one and agree an inventory: systems, date ranges, counts, rights.
03
Sample and offer
You export a small sample through a secure channel. We check completeness and make a written offer, usually a lump sum.
04
Transfer and payment
Transfer happens through an agreed export path. Payment follows verification of the full set, on the schedule in the contract.

About five minutes. Nothing is uploaded here; we agree a secure transfer later. Prefer email? Write to admin@fairdock.ai with the same details.
Rights and compliance
Sold properly, or not at all.
Only data you have the right to sell
Founders, directors and liquidators can sell company records. Co-owned IP, licensed third-party content and customer data under contract are carved out.
Personal data handled under local law
Customer and employee personal data is removed or pseudonymised before licensing unless a lawful basis exists. We work with your counsel in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.
Every buyer screened
Buyers and their owners are checked against sanctions and restricted-party lists before any sample moves.
Contract first, then transfer
A written agreement sets the scope, exclusivity, territory, price and payment schedule before any export beyond the sample.
Questions
Before you fill it in.
Who buys this, and why?+
AI labs and the data companies that supply them. They train and evaluate AI agents on how real companies actually work: how a deal moved through email, how a bug was triaged, how a report was drafted and revised. Public data has none of that. Fairdock licenses to labs across Asia and works with buyers elsewhere.
Does the company have to be closed?+
No. Closed, winding down and liquidated companies are the simplest sellers because there is no ongoing business to protect. Operating companies can license archived years, or a subsidiary that was shut.
How big does it need to be?+
From about ten desk staff. The sweet spot is 30 to 300 people with three or more years of history across several systems. Smaller teams can still sell complete, well-organised records.
How is the price set?+
By how many people worked in the data, how many years it covers, how many systems are included, the working language and how complete the export is. We quote by email after a short review of what you hold, and the final offer follows a sample review.
What about our customers’ personal data?+
It is removed or pseudonymised before licensing unless a lawful basis exists, and the contract records what was done. Singapore’s PDPA, Indonesia’s PDP Law, Malaysia’s PDPA, Thailand’s PDPA and the Philippines’ Data Privacy Act all allow this with the right process.
Can a liquidator or receiver sell?+
Yes. Company records are an asset of the estate. We work from the liquidator’s inventory, pay the estate, and document the sale for creditors.
How do you take the data?+
Native exports: Google Takeout or Vault, Microsoft 365 export, Slack export, Git bundles, CSV or API dumps from CRM and ticketing tools. We never ask for your passwords.
Can we talk in Chinese?+
Yes. 支持中文沟通。Pick 中文 in the form and we reply in Chinese.
